For sale is a well loved 2012 Nissan Xterra. Records for everything and 90% or more of the work was done by myself (“anal” might be something I’ve been called a lot). Right now, nothing is due maintenance wise and no issues exist. Mostly garaged the last year. Very little winter driving (almost no rust underneath). Literally a turn-key truck. Just got it back from the detailer – looks and smells like new (see for yourself).

Non-Maintenance Repairs :’-(

  • Fan clutch – OEM failed, replaced with OEM (60,884)
